The Privilege Double Room was quite comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is around a 25-30 minute walk from the city center, which could be a con for some. I also experienced issues with the breakfast selection running low at times.

Good overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with really helpful and pretty friendly staff and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location not far from tram stops on the An and C lines, center of town, and Quite close to several restaurants. Their service was good. Plus, easy private parking.

Air conditioning failures need addressing!!! Room sizes are uncomfortably small, leading to cramped conditions. Plumbing issues with non-flushing toilets and poor shower drainage should be resolved for better guest comfort!!!
