We had a delightful stay at a clean and comfortable room in Mercure. The location was convenient, near the stade des alpes and just a short walk to the town centre. The room had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and the wifi worked well. If we were to return to Grenoble, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was situated between tram stops on two different lines, making it easy to get around. it was only a short walk from the old town, which was great for discovering the historical charm of the city. One of the main downsides was the parking situation. Despite the information provided on various websites, it was difficult to find a parking space at the hotel.

The windows in our room did not open which made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. the bathroom could have used better ventilation as there was a lot of condensation on the windows after a shower.

Text: Powdery eggs for breakfast made me feel like I was on a gourmet trip. Mercure Alpotel lets me relax and work easily. The restaurant offers the finest contemporary regional cuisine, perfect for when I didn't want to venture out.

The location was ideal, as we were able to walk to the city center in just 10 minutes and the hotel was also conveniently located near the tram lines. Aircon didn't work properly.

The breakfast had good options and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were outdated and the bathroom lacked basic amenities. It was also noisy and difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Efficient and friendly service

During my stay at Mercure, I encountered a small hiccup with my hair dryer not working. However, the hotel staff swiftly resolved the issue and provided me with a replacement. Their efficient and friendly service made me feel well taken care of. I'll recommend this hotel for their prompt assistance and excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of town, within walking distance to some incredible restaurants. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were outstanding, with an ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning and even tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day.
